All practices are fully accredited; complying with RACGP standards, and each aims for best practice initiatives and standards by participating in the Federal Government’s Practice Incentive Program (PIP).

IPN practices are dedicated members of the communities they serve, actively promoting health education and supporting relevant local initiatives through Sponsorship and in-kind involvement.

The GP services and operating hours differ across IPN practices in order to meet local community needs, yet all are committed to providing caring medicine and developing long-term partnerships with individual patients to actively facilitate health and well-being, as well as prevent and manage illness. Patients privacy and quality of care is important to us which is why each IPN practice is bound by a Privacy Policy and has Customer Service feedback mechanisms in place.

As well as General Practice services, many IPN Health Centres provide a range of on-site healthcare services including pathology, pharmacy and physiotherapy.
